That Time I Joined the Circus; finished

      As you know, I started the book 'That Time I Joined the Circus' (which I started last week) and that book is now finished. Its was a great book and I really liked it. So last time I updated, Lexi got her own trailer. Nick helped keep the customers under control, and after a while Nick eventually left, and after that, Lexi's trailer was shut down. After a few weeks, Nick came back and told Lexi that they couldnt be together. Then Lexi went to work with Lina at a mini game (Lina sprained her arm). Then while singing a few songs with Lina, Lexi looked into the crowd and saw Eli (her ex-bestfriend) and fainted. When she woke up, she saw Eli, Nick, Lina, and Louie. They were all asking what was going on, and after Lexi and Eli talked, Louie let Eli work in the circus too. Nick eventually went back to Florida, and it was now winter, so the circus was shut down. Lina, Liska, Eddie, and Louie went to go see relatives, so Lexi was now alone. She then asked Jamie to help her learn to drive. Jamie asked where they were going, and wasn't surprised when Lexi said Florida. After driving long ways, they found that Eli was sleeping in the back. Once they got to a motel, they bought clothes, and went to the club that Nick owned. Once they got there, Lexi saw a shocking sight. Her mother was on stage. After talking with Callie (Lexi's mom) they decided to stay for Christmas then go back to New York. With Eli. Once in New York, Lexi and Callie got an apartment and Lexi went back to school. Around the end of the book, Lina had flown Lexi down to the circus, and announced that Jamie and her are engaged. Lina also mentioned that Liska had gone to Florida to go to college because she had some friends there. They all had fun until Lexi went back to New York. Long story short, Lexi and Eli got together, and Eli is going to Colombia, Lexi is going to Tisch (which is an acting school) and at the end, they met in the middle at a diner, and thats the end. It was a great book and I recommend it to all.

      Since this is the last blog I decided to do a character analysis on Lexi. Lexi is a sarcastic, smart, amazing girl. At first she has an okay life, but then her dad dies. Her lawyer, said that his mom was in Florida, and that he would help Lexi find her. She ended up buying a bus ticket and went to Florida. But then a man named Louie found Lexi and let Lexi join his circus. At first Lexi is hesitant, but then gets settled and makes friends. She had originally set out to find her mom, and ended up in a circus. Then when she got used to the circus, she found her mom. I think that things didn't work out the best for Lexi, but at least she got to be happy in the end.
